PM, Speaker meet President

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury have met President Abdul Hamid a day before the commencement of first session of the 10th Parliament.
After the meeting, they were seen coming out of Bangabhaban, the President House of Bangladesh, together at 6:15pm Tuesday. Hasina's motorcade had reached Bangabhaban at 4pm.
"It's a courtesy visit,” Press Secretary to the President, Ehsanul Karim had told bdnews24.com.
Followed by the Prime Minister, Chaudhury had entered the President’s House an hour later.
Chaudhury has become MP of Rangpur-6. She was the lone candidate in the by-polls to the constituency vacated by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
