PM thanks police for maintaining law, order during holidays

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has thanked the members of Bangladesh Police for maintaining law and order and traffic system through performing their responsibility with utmost professionalism during the holy Eid-ul-Azha and Durga Puja. The Prime Minister extended her thanks to the senior police officials including Inspector General of Police (IGP) Hasan Mahmud Khandakar while exchanging Eid greetings with a cross section of people at her official Ganobhaban residence on Monday, a Police Headquarters press release said on Wednesday, according to a news agency.
