PM to lay foundation stone of Info Bhaban Thursday

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will lay the foundation stone of Information Bhaban at Circuit House Road in the city on Thursday. The 16-storey building on 38 kathas of land will have offices of three directorates under the Information Ministry. The project will help build bridge between the government and people of the country, said a PID handout. Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu and Prime Minister’s Media Adviser Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury will also attend the programme to be presided over by Information Secretary Mortuza Ahmed, according to a news agency.
