PM to open Police Plaza Thursday

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will formally inaugurate the newly-built commercial building ‘Police Plaza’ of Bangladesh Police Welfare Trust in the city on Thursday. The multistoried commercial building was jointly built by Bangladesh Police Welfare Trust and Concord Group at Gulshan-1. The commercial building is a centrally air-conditioned shopping complex equipped with modern facilities. Ministers, members of diplomatic corps, secretaries, political and cultural personalities and people from various professions are expected to attend the inaugural function, according to a news agency.
