PM to visit Myanmar, Indonesia Dec 5-9

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina leaves the city on December 5 for Nay Pyi Taw on a three-day official visit to Myanmar, reports BSS.
The Prime Minister will later visit Indonesia from December 7 to 9 to attend an international democracy conference to be held in Bali, foreign ministry sources said.
A special flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying Sheikh Hasina and members of her entourage is scheduled to take off from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport here at 2 pm on December 5.
They are expected to reach Nay Pyi Taw Airport in the new national capital of Myanmar at 4.05 pm local time, the sources said. Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Wunna Maung Lwin would receive the Bangladesh premier at the airport.
Sheikh Hasina would attend the welcoming ceremony and would be given a guard of honour at the President's Office on December 6.
She would later meet Myanmar President Thein Sein and hold bilateral talks that would be followed by signing of MoUs on various issues including economic cooperation.
The Prime Minister would join the state banquet to be hosted by the Myanmar president.
During her three-day visit to Myanmar, Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to lay foundation stone of the Bangladesh Chancery Building at Nay Pyi Taw.
She will visit Gems Museum, Pyithu Hluttaw (parliament house) and the historic Uppatathandi Pagoda and White Elephant.
The Prime Minister will leave Myanmar for Indonesia on December 7 to reach Bali in the evening.
