PM visits Dahagram,Angarpota today

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will visit Dahagram and Angarpota enclaves in Lalmonirhat district today (Wednesday), reports UNB. This will be her first visit to the enclaves after the signing of a deal with India for the round-the-clock access to Dahagram and Angarpota enclaves through Tin Bigha Corridor. The deal was signed during Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to Dhaka on September 6. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to reach Dahagram at 10:55 am. She will inaugurate the newly constructed Dahagram Union Parishad Bhaban and the 10-bed Dahagram Hospital. Apart from visiting the Dahagram Community Clinic, the Prime Minister will open the Angarpota-Dahagram electricity supply from Dahagram High School. Besides, the Prime Minister will attend a views-exchange meeting with the residents of Angarpota-Dahagram areas at 11:35 am at Dahagram Union Parishad Bhaban. The Prime Minister will also visit Tin Bigha Corridor and address a public rally at the Patgram Government College in the afternoon.
