Police constable killed, four injured in Comilla road crash

A police constable was killed and four police personnel were injured in a road accident at Sujanagar, in Choddogram under Comilla on Wednesday night.
Local people said a team of DB police was coming to Dhaka from Chittagong along with five arrested persons riding in a microbus.
When the microbus reached at Sujanagar a truck knocked down it from behind, leading to the death of constable Abdul Aziz.
Four police personnel, including Sub Inspector (SI) Abdul Malek, Nurul Hasan, Anwar Hossain and Abdul Malek, were injured.
Arrested persons, who were in the microbus, were also injured. They are Saddam Hossain, Bashir Ahmed, Swapan, Nazim and Sukkur Miah.
The injured persons were sent to Dhaka this morning.
Police seized the truck.
