Police detain bullet-hit 'drug dealer' in Dinajpur

Police have arrested a suspected drug dealer with a bullet wound in the leg after an alleged shootout in Dinajpur amid a nationwide crackdown on narcotics, reports bdnews24.com.
The 'gunfight' took place at Moheshpur village in Hakimpur upazila around 2:30am on Sunday, said Abdul Hakim Azad, officer-in-charge (OC) of the local thana.
The detainee is Dulal Hossain (38). He has been admitted to Dinajpur's M Abdur Rahim Medical College Hospital for treatment.
Police said Dulal has been accused in multiple narcotics cases.
