Police recover 11 bombs in Habiganj

HABIGANJ, Sept 25 (UNB): Police in a drive recovered six crude bombs and five petrol bombs from Rakhi village in Chunarughat upazila in the early hours of Tuesday.
Tipped off, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and recovered the abandoned bombs from a makeshift shop, said AKM Azmiruzzaman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Chunarughat thana.
The seized bombs were sent to the bomb disposal unit, said the OC.
