Police waylaid protesters before Shikkha Bhaban as they under the banner of "Bangladesh against Rape and Repression" marched with a procession from Central Shaheed Miner towards the Ministry of Home Affairs at the Secretariat on Monday to press for immediate curb on the spate of the crimes.
