The annual conference-2008 of Popular Pharmaceuticals Ltd was held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre in the city Thursday, said a press release.
Managing Director of Popular Pharmaceuticals Ltd Mostafizur Rahman presided over the conference.
Mostafizur Rahman, in his speech, said Popular Pharmaceuticals is famous for its quality in local and global markets. It is the first company in Bangladesh, which is manufacturing Insulin injection (Insul), an essential life-saving drug for the diabetic patients.
Chief Operating Officer of the company Pinaki Bhattacharya, in his address of welcome, said of the success achieved by the company in 2007 and announced the future guidelines of the company.
