Post of registrar general created for SC

The government has created nine posts, including the post of registrar general for the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court (SC), reports BSS.
As a result, a post of registrar general has been created for the Appellate Division and the High Court (HC) division has got a separate post of registrar for the first time in the country.
Currently, there is only one post of registrar for the Appellate Division and the HC division.
The law ministry sent a letter to the present SC registrar with the government's approval to the creation of the new posts. According to the letter,  the Appellate Division has got five more supporting posts.
Likewise, the HC has got four supporting posts in addition to the post of registrar.
The new posts include registrar general, personal secretary, driver and office assistant for the Appellate Division and registrar, personal officer, driver and office assistant for the HC division.
