Post Office in slumber

I take the courtesy of your column to draw the attention of the Post Office to my plight as a life insurance client. Please be kind enough to publish excerpts from my letter posted on February 22 last.
It is regrettable that I sent series of letters to the Post Office (Life Insurance), but till today I did not receive the original Document against Postal Insurance (Life) of DA-45215 under CD -154699 dated 24.03.98. I also filed a GD with the Dhanmondi Thana on January 22 in this regard.
It is a mystery that the service of the Bangladesh Post Office is so poor that as a client of postal life insurance I was not provided with the Original Document despite several reminders for the last 13 years.
The document is necessary as I want my son to be my nominee. I hope the department will solve the long pending issue.
