Post Office working hours

FOR posting a letter, on March 17 last, I went to the post office at Lama Bazar at Asadganj, Chittagong. It was around 3:15 PM. An old lady there asked me, "Why have you come at this time?" I wanted to know why she was asking the question. She replied, "Because we work till 2 PM, but we keep the office open till 4 PM. The government does not allow us lunch break. How can we serve for so long?"
I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the matter.
