Power Grid recommends 10pc cash dividend

The board of directors of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ending on June 30, 2014. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on January 17 next at the Mukti Hall of Biddut Bhaban on Abdul Gani Road, according to the DSE website. The record date is November 25, according to a news agency.
