Practical knowledge vs. higher CGPA

Practical knowledge is more essential in professional life. By increasing practical knowledge anybody can go far in his career. Your task is your responsibilities, so you must have practical knowledge about any work you are assigned.
For successful completion of education life, one needs theoretical knowledge or higher CGPA, but for a brilliant career one needs to have practical knowledge. Student life is short, but a career is very long. It has been observed that many students are good in studies, but they cannot show much talent in their career only because of lack of practical knowledge.
