Pradip Overseas lists at Rs 120 on BSE

MUMBAI, Apr 5 (Economic Times): Shares of Pradip Overseas, manufacturer of Home Linen Products, listed at Rs 120, premium of Rs 10 or 9.09 per cent against its issue price on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
At 9:30 am, the scrip was at Rs 112.80, up Rs 2.80 or 2.54 per cent. It touched a high of Rs 123 and low of Rs 111.10 on volume of 61,76,777 shares.
On the NSE, the stock was at Rs 113.15, up Rs 3.15 or 2.86 per cent. It touched a high of Rs 122.70 and low of Rs 110. Around 67,00,914 shares were traded in the counter.
The company had raised around Rs 1.17 billion from the public offer and intends to use the proceeds to part fund a manufacturing facility in a textile SEZ and partly finance the incremental margin money requirement for working capital.
