PRAGATI INSURANCE AGM HELD

Pragati Insurance Limited held its 37th Annual General Meeting on a digital platform on Thursday, with its Chairman Syed M Altaf Hussain in the chair. Vice-chairman Tabith M. Awal and members of the Board of Directors Abdul Awal Mintoo, Khalilur Rahman, Mohammed Abdul Awwal, Md Syedur Rahman Mintoo, Mohammed Abdul Malek, Nasir Latif, Syed Muhammad Jan, Tajwar M. Awal, Nigar Jahan Chowdhury, Independent Directors Muhammad Jamaluddin, H. Naher and Advisor Md Rezaul Karim, CEO Syed Sehab Ullah Al-Manjur (ACII), CFO Amar Krishna Shil, Company Secretary Syed Anisul Hoque and a large number of shareholders joined the AGM. The meeting approved 25 per cent cash and 5 per cent stock dividend to its shareholders for the year 2022.
