PRAGATI LIFE INSURANCE HOLDS 24TH AGM

The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pragati Life Insurance Limited was held virtually on Thursday. Director of the company Syed M. Altaf Hussain presided over the meeting. The shareholders unanimously approved 14 per cent cash dividend for the year 2023. Directors Mohammed Abdul Awwal, Md. Shafiur Rahman, Mohammed Abdul Hamid, Suhel Ahmed Choudhury, Sayed Quamrul Hossain, Anwar Faruque, CEO Md Jalalul Azim and CFO Chandra Shekhar Das were present in the AGM.
