Pre-budget talks in Natore

NATORE, May 2: Campaign for Good Governance, Natore district unit, arranged a pre-budget discussion meeting-2011 at Natore Chamber of Commerce and Industry auditorium on April 30, Saturday. Advocate Md. Asaduzzaman Asad president of Natore district bar association was present in the meeting as the chief guest, while president of the distrct organisation A.Z.M. Ashraf-Uz-Zaman presided over the discussion on the topic 'Effective Budget to Achieve Sovereignty on Education, Health and Food'. Professor of Rajshahi University, ANM Saleh, President of Natore district Awami League Advocate Sajedur Rahman Khan and President of Natore Chamber of Commerce and Industry Alhaj Md.Aminul Hoque were present as special guests. The meeting was also addressed, among others by editor, Weekly Natore Barta Prof A.K.M. Nazrul Islam, Advocate Anadi Basak, Advocate Khagendra Nath Roy, Advocate Abbas Ali, Natore district correspondent of The Daily Jugantar Mahfuz Alam Muni, executive director RULFAO Afzal Hossain and secretary of the organisztion Daizy Ahmed. The participants raised voice for more allocation in education, food and health sectors in the upcoming national budget.Local elites, journalists, businessmen and executive directors of different NGOs were took part on the meeting.
