Preliminary test of the 28th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination will be held at 10am on November 28 simultaneously at Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Sylhet and Barisal centres. Admit cards are being issued to qualified candidates through post offices, an official handout said Friday. Schedule of the examination and seat plans will be announced in newspapers later. — BSS
