Premier Bank and Shanta Holdings Limited sign strategic agreement
The Premier Bank PLC and Shanta Holdings Limited on Wednesday signed a strategic agreement under which the Bank's head office will relocate from Iqbal Tower to the modern and eco-friendly 40-storey tower 'Shanta Pinnacle' in Dhaka city. Dr. Arifur Rahman, Chairman, The Premier Bank PLC; M. Nurul Alam, CGIA, Independent Director and Chairman, Premier Bank Securities Limited; Md. Monzur Mofiz, Managing Director (Current Charge) attended the ceremony on behalf of The Premier Bank, while M. Habibul Basit, Chief Executive Officer; M. Anisul Haque, Executive Director, Group Finance; Mohammad Shihab Ahmed, Chief Sales Officer attended the event on behalf of Shanta Holdings Limited.
