As per regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, Premier Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 28, 2022 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2021.
