Premier Bank held 24th AGM on digital platform

Premier Bank Limited held its 24th annual general meeting on a digital platform on Wednesday. Chairman of the bank Dr HBM Iqbal presided over the meeting while Managing Director & CEO M Reazul Karim delivered the welcome speech. The AGM approved all agendas including the audit report and 12.50 per cent cash and 7.50 per cent stock dividend for the year 2022.
