Premier Bank managers urged to work hard for bank's betterment

Managers of the Premier Bank Limited have been urged to make all-out efforts in all key areas for the betterment of the bank.
Managing Director of the bank Abu Haniff Khan made the appeal while presiding over the Half Yearly Managers' Conference in the city Saturday, said a press release.
He also urged the managers to achieve financial targets set for the current year by exciting their subordinates into actions.
The conference discussed various key issues including mobilisation of deposit, recovery of overdue loans, implementation of risk management guidelines and compliance of audit reports (both internal and external).
Diversification of products, downsizing of expenses to ensure optimum profit, enhancement of marketing drive and streamlining of client services were also discussed in the conference, the release added.
All branch mangers across the city and division heads from the head office of the bank took part in the conference.
Among others, additional managing directors Md Mokhlesur Rahman and Nurul Alam Chowdhury and Consultant Kazi Anwarul Mahbub were also present at the conference.
