Narinda Pragoti Boys Club crushed Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club by 40-16 goals in the Cute Premier Division Handball League at the Shaheed (Capt) M Mansoor Ali National Handball Stadium in the city Wednesday, reports UNB.
The winners led the first half 22-4 goals.
Indian players Hardev Singh scored 13, another Indian Samsher Singh netted 10 goals for the winners. Akhteruzzaman scored six goals for the losers.
In the day's other match, Prime Sporting Club trounced Old Ideals by 50-10 goals after leading the first half 31-5 at the same venue.
Imran contributed 14 goals for the winners while Ashique netted nine goals for the losers.
Earlier on Tuesday, Arambagh KS outplayed Victoria SC by 37-11 goals while Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club beat Menjis KS by 36-32 goals.
