Premier Leasing chair, vice-chair re-elected

The Board of Directors of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited in its 262nd meeting re-elected Abu Sadek Md Sohel and M Rabiul Huq as the company's chairman and vice-chairman respectively, says a press release.
Abu Sadek Md Sohel was born in 1952 in a respectable family in Netrakona. He is a career banker with experiences of more than 39 years.
Mr Sadek started off his banking career in 1977 as a senior officer of Sonali Bank. After working 24 years in different branches and Head Office, he was elevated to the rank of General Manager in 2001.
He was made Deputy Managing Director of Agrani Bank in 2005. A few months later, he joined Social Islami Bank Limited after taking optional retirement from the services of the state-owned banks.
Later, he also served as Managing Director of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited.
Born in 1952, Vice-Chairman M Rabiul Huq graduated in mechanical engineering from BUET. After academic education, he devoted himself to the business and established a reputation as an astute and efficient businessman.
Mr Huq is a sponsor director of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited and Premier Leasing Securities Limited. Apart from that, he is a Director of Creative Engineers Ltd.
