Premier Leasing International Ltd and Credit Rating Information and Services Ltd (CRISL) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the city recently.
Under the deal, CRISL will ascertain credit rating of the leasing company.
Premier Leasing Managing Director Kazi Emdadul Hoque and CRISL President and CEO Muzaffar Ahmed signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
Premier Leasing EVP Md Rafiqul Islam, SVP and CS Mosharef Hossain, VP and CFO Md Golam Mustafa and Principal Officer Sufi Md Abidur Rahman and CRISL GM Khan Abdus Sobhan were also present, among others, on the occasion.
