Premier Leasing & Finance holds 22nd AGM

The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited was held at a city hotel on Thursday. In the meeting, shareholders approved Financial Statements of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2023. Abu Sadek Md Sohel, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Director and Vice-chairman M Rabiul Huq, Director and former chairman AZM Akramul Haq, Sponsor and former chairman ASM Feroz Alam, Sponsor and former director Md Nasiruddin Choudhury, Juned Ahmed and Maksud Morshed, Sponsor Nikhil Kumar Saha and Managing Director of the company Md Fazlur Rahman were present at the meeting.
