President, CA greet Iceland counterparts

President Iajuddin Ahmed and Chief Adviser (CA) Fakhruddin Ahmed have greeted their Iceland counterparts on the occasion of the National day of that country, reports UNB.
The President, in a message to President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson of Iceland Monday, expressed his firm belief that the existing friendly relations between the two countries would be further strengthened in the coming days.
Iajuddin wished him good health and continued peace, progress and prosperity of the brotherly people of Iceland.
In another message to Iceland Prime Minister Geir Haarde, the CA also expressed his confidence that the friendly relations between Bangladesh and Iceland would grow in depth and dimension in the coming years.
