President, CA greet Malaysian King, PM

President Iajuddin Ahmed Saturday felicitated the Malaysian King on the occasion of the National Day of Malaysia that falls today, reports BSS.
President Iajuddin Ahmed in his message to Malaysian King Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud Al- Muktafi Billah Shah said, "Bangladesh and Malaysia enjoy warm and cordial relations, which have grown in depth and dimension over the years. I am confident that the long-standing bonds of friendship and cooperation that so happily exist between our two friendly countries will further widen and deepen in the days ahead."
The President wished good health, long life and happiness of the Malaysian King and the continued peace, progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Malaysia.
Meanwhile, Chief Adviser (CA) Fakhruddin Ahmed has felicitated Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi on the occasion of the National Day of the country.
In a separate message, the CA said that the two countries shared excellent bilateral relations, which have progressively widened over the years.
"I believe that the long-standing ties of friendship and cooperation between our two brotherly countries will acquire greater impetus in the years to come," he added.
He also wished good health, happiness and long life of the prime minister and continued peace, progress and prosperity for the brotherly people of Malaysia.
