President, CA greet Swedish counterparts on National Day

President Iajuddin Ahmed and Chief Adviser (CA) Fakhruddin Ahmed have greeted their Swedish counterparts on the occasion of their National Day that falls Friday, reports UNB.
In a message to King Carl XVI Gustaf, Iajuddin said Bangladesh and Sweden enjoyed excellent bilateral relations and also expressed the hope that the relation would be further strengthened in the years ahead.
The CA, in another message to Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt, said, "Bangladesh deeply values its relations with Sweden and is committed to further strengthening and deepening the close ties existing between our two countries".
Both the President and CA also wished for their good health and happiness as well as for continued peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Sweden.
