President leaves for Bolivia, US tour Thursday

President Abdul Hamid leaves Dhaka on Thursday for Bolivia, as he embarks on a 10-day official tour of Bolivia and the USA. The President will first attend the commemorative summit of G-77 at Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Bolivia on June 14-15. A regular flight of Emirate Airlines carrying the President will depart Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) at 10.15 am. The President will leave Bolivia and reach New York on June 16. Hamid will meet UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon on June 19 at the UN Secretariat, according to a news agency.
