President pays tribute to Rashid Talukder

President Zillur Rahman Wednesday paid tributes to noted photojournalist Rashid Talukder, reports BSS. On behalf of the President, his Private Secretary Fazlul Haque placed wreaths at the coffin of the late photojournalist at central Shaheed Minar in the city. Earlier, in a message of condolence, President Rahman expressed his deep sorrow at the death of Mr Rashid and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul. Rashid Talukder, senior photojournalist of the Daily Ittefaq, died of brain haemorrhage at Square Hospitals in the city on Tuesday at the age of 72.
