President, PM greet Belgium's counterpart

President M Zillur Rahman and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have congratulated the King and Prime Minister of Belgium on the occasion of the National Day of that country that falls today (Tuesday), reports UNB.
In a message of felicitation to King Albert II, Zillur Rahman said: "I take this opportunity to express my firm belief that the friendly relations that exist between Bangladesh and Belgium will further develop in the years to come."
In another message to Prime Minister Herman Van Rompuy, Sheikh Hasina said: "Bangladesh deeply values its relations with Belgium. I am confident that the existing bonds of friendship and cooperation which have developed over the years will further strengthen and consolidate in the years ahead."
The President and the Prime Minister also wished their good health, happiness and long life and continued peace, progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Belgium.
