President returns home after performing hajj

President Abdul Hamid returned home from Saudi Arabia Friday night after performing hajj.
A regular flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd carrying the President landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 9:15pm.
On board the aircraft, the President exchanged pleasantries with Bangladeshi hajjis who were also returning from Saudi Arabia by the flight, according to a news agency.
Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu, Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed, Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury, dean of Diplomatic Corps Q Shaher Muhammad, Saudi Ambassador to Dhaka Dr Abdullah-Al-Busairy and chiefs of three services, among others, receive President Abdul Hamid at the VVIP lounge of the airport.
