President visits Naval Academy

CHITTAGONG, Jan 26 (UNB): President Abdul Hamid visited the West Point of Naval Academy of Bangladesh Navy at Patenga here on Monday afternoon.
The President strolled along the point adjacent to the Patenga sea beach and enjoyed the sunset. Bangladesh Navy Chief Vice Admiral Muhammad Farid Habib accompanied him.
Earlier, the President reached the Naval Academy by a helicopter. He was given a guard of honour at the parade ground of the academy.
