FBCCI President Annisul Huq said Saturday the prices of sugar and pulses were showing an up trend again despite taking all-out measures by the government to keep the market stable, reports UNB.
"The prices of sugar and pulses have marked a further rise at the retail market although the government has taken all necessary steps to control the prices," the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) president told reporters after visiting a city kitchen market as part of its bazaar monitoring drive.
