Prime Bank donates Tk 0.3m to Bipul Bhattacharya

Prime Bank Limited has recently donated a cheque for Tk 0.3 million (3.0 lakh) to singer Bipul Bhattacharya for his treatment, as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, said a press release.
Bank's Executive Committee (EC) Chairman Captain Imam Anwar Hossain handed over the cheque to the youngest vocal artiste of the then Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra, who is suffering from cancer.
Bank's Deputy Managing Director M Reazul Karim, and head of Corporate & Public Affairs Relationship Division and SVP Ferdousi Sultana were present on the occasion.
Renowned singer and vocal artiste of then Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra Shaheen Mahmood and Dalia Naushin, and Bipul's wife Kumkum Bhattacharya were beside the noted singer.
