Prime Bank EVP qualifies CMA

Md Touhidul Alam Khan, Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking Division, Prime Bank Limited qualifies CMA from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) in last August (2010) examination, said a press release.
Touhid is a dynamic banking professional, broadly experienced in the areas of corporate banking including syndication financing and Islamic banking.
Touhidul Alam Khan started his banking career with Agrani Bank in 1993. In Agrani Bank, he worked for Financial Sector Reform Project (FSRP) and achieved "Superior Achievement Certificate" from international consultants for producing a superior level of achievement and high quality results.
After that he joined Prime Bank and led Prime Bank's Syndications and Structured Finance department and handled 22 loan syndication deals as lead arranger.
Touhid has significant contribution to popularize syndication financing in Bangladesh and plays pioneer role for making lead arranger of local banks and financial institutions in the country.
Under his leadership, first Islamic shariah based syndication deal has been concluded in the country.
