Prime Bank mentors asked to make cluster management more effective

Mentors of Prime Bank Limited have been directed to make the cluster management more effective and time befitting after successful implementation of cluster system in the bank. Chairman of the board of directors of the bank Azam J Chowdhury gave the directive while speaking as the chief guest at the inaugurated function of the bank's 16th Annual Business Conference in the city Saturday, said a press release. He also requested the mentors to make their respective clusters more potential and dynamic through best utilisation of their human resources by attaching them with new ideas and concepts of banking sector. Executive Committee Chairman Captain Imam Anwar Hossain was present at the conference as the special guest, while Managing Director M Ehsanul Haque presided over it. Directors of the bank Manzur Murshed and Prof Mohammed Aslam Bhuiyan and Additional Managing Director Md Mehmood Husain, deputy managing directors Ahmed Kamal Khan Chowdhury, Md Reazul Karim and Md Golam Rabbani were also present at the conference. Mentors of different clusters presented the business summary of their respective clusters along with the strengths as well as weaknesses of their business performances in the conference. Besides, the strategy and business target for 2011 were also ascertained at the conference. Four best performers one from each cluster were awarded at the conference. Senior Executive Vice President and Head of HR and Marketing Divisions Md Tabarak Hossain Bhuiyan also spoke at the occasion. All head of branches and divisional heads concerned took part in the conference.
