Prime Bank officials urged to mitigate stress thru' time management

Senior executives of Prime Bank Limited (PBL) have been urged to mitigate the stressful situations during their banking activities through time management.
PBL Managing Director M Shahjahan Bhuiyan gave the directive while inaugurating a daylong workshop on "time management and stress management" as the chief guest.
The bank's deputy managing directors Nasiruddin Ahmed and Mahbubul Alam were also present on the occasion.
Prime Bank Training Institute (PBTI) organised the workshop recently for the bank's senior executives, working as heads of branches in the city as well as divisional heads at the head office, as a part of its executive development programme. About 35 officials took part in the workshop.
North South University MBA Programme Director ANM Meshquat Uddin made a presentation as the guest speaker.
PBL SEVP of HR MA Abdullah, SVP of HR Md Tabarak Hossain Bhuiyan, and EVP and PBTI Principal Manash K Ghosh also spoke on stress management relief, cause, effect and control of stress, and meditation - an alternative approach to stress mitigation - highlighting the significance of time management and stress management in the practical work situation.
PBTI Vice Principal Md Fakhrul Islam was the coordinator of the programme.
