Prime Bank opens 1st SME Centre at Dholaikhal

Prime Bank Limited opened its 1st SME centre at Dholaikhal Tuesday. Deputy Managing Director of the bank Md Mehmood Husain inaugurated the centre. Prime Bank SEVP and Head of SME Shawkat Hossain presided over the opening ceremony, said a press release.
Deputy Managing Director Isbahul Bar Chowdhury, SEVP Md Tabarak Hossain Bhuiyan, SEVP Manash Kumar Ghosh, SEVP Md Monawar Hossain, EVP Md lqbal Hossain, EVP Md Sohrab Mustafa, SVP Ferdousi Sultana, SVP Sk Matiur Rahman, SVP AK Rahat Jaman Sohel and SAVP Mahmudur Rahman of the bank along with local elite and businessmen were also present on the occasion.
As the chief guest, Mehmood said the country would progress faster if the grassroots-level people become self-reliant, which can be possible through small and medium enterprises.
The philosophy of the bank is also to empower the common people by SME financing through its service centre network.
