Prime Bank opens branch at Chapai Nawabgonj

Prime Bank Limited opened its branch Sunday at Chanpai Nawabgonj. Acting Managing Director of the bank Nasiruddin Ahmed was the chief guest at the inaugural function. The number of branches of the bank rose to 64.

Nasiruddin Ahmed in his speech said Prime Bank has opened the new branch as part of its drive to extend quality-banking services to every corner of the country.

He said the country could only prosper when its economic activities would flourish everywhere, a press release said.

The bank believes in economic emancipation of mass people of the country and keeping this view in mind the bank has introduced several customised solutions for their welfare, he added.

People of all tiers of the society can avail of the products and services particularly the small investors under small and medium enterprises (SME) category, Nasir said.

He recalled that continuous support of the stakeholders who have encouraged the board and the management of the bank to take prudent decisions on courses of activities and enabled the bank to achieve present position in the banking industry.

He said the bank is based on 'sound fundamentals' and this has helped it to earn "AA" rating, which is unique among the local banks.

Senior Executive Vice-presidents of the bank Md Jasim Uddin and Khondaker lqbal Hossain, among others, were present on the occasion.
