Prime Bank participates in BB's SME Fair

Prime Bank Limited participated in the SME Fair titled 'Assembly of Women Entrepreneurs and Product Display' organised by Bangladesh Bank (BB) on the BB Training Institute premises in the city Saturday, according to a press release.
State Minister for Women and Children Affairs Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury inaugurated the fair as the chief guest and handed over a cheque for Tk 0.5 million (5.0 lakh) to a woman entrepreneur extended by Prime Bank Limited.
Also present on the occasion were BB Governor Dr Atiur Rahman, SME Foundation Chairperson Aftabul Islam, and Channel i Director and its head of News Shykh Seraj as special guests, and PBL Deputy Managing Director M Reazul Karim, and SEVP and head of SME Sawkat Hossain.
About 200 women entrepreneurs selected by participating banks of the SME refinancing scheme of the central bank took part in the fair.
They displayed the products made by their respective women entrepreneurs in the fair.
