Prime Finance & Investment Limited, a leading non-banking financial institution and full-fledged merchant bank, recently signed an agreement with Confidence Salt Limited to manage their proposed initial public offering (IPO).
Managing Director of Prime Finance & Investment Limited Md Akter Hossain Sannamat and Managing Director of Confidence Salt Limited Quadi Shahidul Islam signed the issue management agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Prime Finance & Investment Consultant AKM Nozmul Haque, Senior Vice President (SVP) Moin Al Kashem, SVP Md Ahsan Kabir Khan and Vice President (VP) Rezaul Haque and Confidence Salt Deputy General Manager (DGM) Sadiul Islam and other officials were also present on the occasion.
