Prime Finance wins Overall 1st Position of SAFA

FE Report Prime Finance & Investment Limited, one of the leading Financial Institutions has been awarded as "Overall Winner" of SAFA Best Presented Accounts and has also been adjudged as the recipient of the Awards as first position under the "Financial Service Sector' for the year 2010. The awards are conferred on the basis of evaluation administered by Professional Body of SAFA on improvement, transparency, accountability and governance of the Published Annual Report of Listed Companies from South Asian Countries. Mr. Asad Khan, Managing Director of the Company received the Award at a ceremony held Tuesday at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre from the Minister for Commerce, Mr. Muhammad Faruk Khan, MP, Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. On behalf of Prime Finance, Mr. K. M. Khaled, Chairman, Mr. Md. Aliuzzaman, Director, Mr. Md. Ahsan Kabir Khan, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. AKM Nozmul Haque, Head of R&D, Mr. Md. Rezaul Haque, Head of Operations, Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, CFO and other high officials of the Company were present. Prime Finance brought this honour for Bangladesh by winning the most coveted SAFA Award, which benchmarks all financial institutions and for other organizations in SAARC region. Prime Finance won such prestigious award for the first time since its incorporation in 1996.
