Prime Financial Unit Fund declares 14pc dividend

The Trustee of Prime Financial First Unit Fund, the first private sector open-end fund has declared 14 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2014.
The declaration came in the trustee meeting held recently. The unit holders, whose name appear in the register of the fund on 31 December 2014 will be entitled to dividend in cash or unit (CIP @ Tk 100 per unit) as per their request during registration.
Prime Financial First Unit Fund is an open-end Fund which was registered with Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission on 13 June 2010. Prime Finance & Investment Limited is the Sponsor of the Fund, while Bangladesh General Insurance Company Limited is the Trustee and Prime Finance Asset Management Company Limited (PAMC) is the Asset Management Company (AMC).
