Prime Ins Co holds AGM

Prime Insurance Co Ltd held its 11th annual general meeting (AGM) at the Bangladesh Institute of Administration and Management (BIAM) in the city Thursday, said a press release.
Vice-chairman of the company's board of directors Ferdous Amin presided over the AGM.
Among others, directors Md Zakiullah Shahid, Nazma Huq, Mizanur Rahman Mostofa, Tazin Afroz Shah, Farhana Chowdhury, AKM Nazmul Huq, Md Shahadat Hossain, Shah M Hasan, Abdul Gaffar Dubash, Md Shah Alam, Abu Hasan Khan and Shaheda Pervin Trisha were present on the occasion.
According to the financial statement, the company achieved a gross premium income of Tk 127.66 million and earned a pre-tax profit of Tk 14.16 million.
