Princess Anne visits ASF

Princess Anne, the only daughter of British Queen Elizabeth and Duke of Edinburgh, visited Acid Survivors' Foundation (ASF) at Banani in the city Tuesday, reports BSS.
During the visit, the Princess met acid survivors and ASF chairman Dr Iftekharzaman, said an ASF press release.
Iftekharzaman told her, "We are honoured by your visit. You graciously sent us greetings on the occasion of our 5th and 10th anniversaries. The visit is further evidence of your support to our work."
Princess Anne was then given a presentation of the work of ASF by executive director Monira Rahman, the release added.
